I'm Michael Roarty — a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor based in County Donegal, Ireland. Before getting into coaching, I lost 30kg myself. That journey changed everything. I fell in love with the gym, with nutrition, and with the structure and routine that comes with committing to a goal. That experience gave me something no qualification could — I know exactly what it takes, because I've lived it.

Since then, I've made it my mission to help others do the same. Whether you want to lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, or simply become a healthier version of yourself — for you, or for the people who matter most to you — I'll build a plan around your life and walk every step of the journey with you.

I offer fully personalised online coaching covering fat loss, muscle building, strength, and gaining phases to help you add size and improve your physique. I also offer in-person 1-1 coaching, or bring a friend for a 2-1 session.
